Transactions
Purchases from our online store are made exclusively in EURO. Product prices include VAT.
Ordering Methods
You can order products from our e-shop in the following ways:
A) Through our online store. Based on the order details, our e-shop will contact you if deemed necessary to inform you about the progress of the order, delivery time, etc.
Our e-shop is committed to complying with every relevant provision on personal data. For any damage caused to the business due to false information, the company may seek compensation under the relevant provisions of civil and criminal law.
Order Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel the order until the creation process begins. In a different case, a 50% fee is hold from the overall price. To cancel or change your order, you can send us an email at byhelidart@gmail.com.
The order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped.
Cancellation Timeframe
If the shipping process has started, please read the "Product Returns" procedure below.
Payment Methods
For the execution of any order, full payment of the total amount is required. If payment is not completed, the order is considered void and will not be processed.
The available payment methods are as follows:
- Payment by Debit/Credit Card
- IRIS Payment
Payment via IRIS is made using the company’s VAT number instead of a mobile number. During checkout, the VAT number corresponding to the business account of the company will appear, which you must fill in as you would with any IRIS transfer. Do not forget to write your name & order number in the reason field.

In case of a deposit from another bank, the customer is fully charged with the bank transfer fees (SHA/OUR). The net amount that must appear in the company’s account is the exact order amount.
The customer must state their full name or order number in the payment title for identification.
Payment Proof & Order Confirmation
To start processing your order, payment confirmation is required. Please send by email a screenshot of the completed transfer, along with the order number/ID.
If you do not wish the purchase receipt to be included in the package, you can indicate this in the "Order Comment" field.
The tax receipt will still be issued and sent to you digitally.
Shipping Methods & Costs
You can receive the products in the following ways:
A) Via ELTA COURIER
B) BOX NOW Lockers | Fast delivery, 24/7.*
Canvas sizes 40x60 & 80x90 are excluded from this method due to volume and are shipped only via ELTA COURIER.
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the company bears no responsibility for any delays, losses, damages, or destruction during transportation. The customer is responsible for correctly providing the delivery address and contact details.
Preparation & Delivery Time
The preparation of the artworks starts once the payment has been completed. For this reason, it is important that the order is submitted along with the payment to avoid delays.
Once you place your order, payment details will appear at the last stage before confirmation.
Unpaid orders are not processed.
Estimated preparation times:
- Keychains: 1-2 weeks
- Canvases: 3-5 weeks
- Frames: 1-2 weeks
- Hoodies/T-shirts: 3-4 weeks* (*Preparation time varies depending on whether the product is handmade or printed and on garment availability)
- Boxes: 1 week
- Tote bags: 1-2 weeks
If you wish to receive a product by a specific date, you must take into account the above preparation times when placing the order.
Once the artwork is ready, you will receive a notification and an email with the parcel tracking number.
Estimated delivery times: 2-5 days within Greece and 4-7 days for Cyprus. However, the company bears no responsibility for courier delays.
Product Receipt
Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the products at the time of receipt.
In case of non-receipt of the product (and if a long time has passed since the order), please contact customer support at byhelidart@gmail.com. For faster service, please include the order code that was sent to the email address provided during your order.
Product Returns
Returns or exchanges are not possible after the order has been completed and shipped. All products are made to order, based on the specifications provided by the customer. According to current legislation (Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection), personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Conditions for product returns:
- Exchange or return may take place if the product is delivered with an obvious defect or damage during transport. The customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchange or return may take place in case of an incorrect or incomplete order.
- Exchange or return may take place only if the product packaging is unopened.
- Returns are accepted only with the relevant Delivery Note – Invoice.
- If the product is defective, replacement with the same product is possible.
- Refunds are not provided.

Complaints Policy
The store’s staff is always at your disposal, before and after delivery, ready to resolve any issue or question. At byhelidart@gmail.com, you can ask your questions or report any problem you may encounter regarding our services and products.
Products
The company reserves the right to discontinue or change product features and prices without notice. The product photos displayed on our online store may not fully reflect their actual characteristics, such as color and texture.
Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for technical issues that may arise on the website or for damages resulting from incorrect use of the product by the customer.
Copyright
All content on this website (indicatively: texts, photos, logos, designs, graphics, product descriptions, and any other element) is intellectual property of the company and is protected under current legislation (Law 2121/1993 and international conventions).
Copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, uploading, or exploitation of the content, in whole or in part, in any way, is prohibited without prior written permission of the company.
All works created to order also remain the intellectual property of the company. The customer acquires only the physical product, without obtaining reproduction or commercial exploitation rights.
The company reserves the right to publish photos of the final artworks it creates (and not of the original photo submitted) for presentation and promotion purposes (e.g., in print, social media, website, etc.). If the customer does not wish the work to be published, they must declare this in writing when placing the order.
Use of Works for Promotion & Display
The customer grants the company the right to use photos of the final artwork (and not of the original submitted photo) for presentation and promotion purposes (e.g., in print, social media, website). Data Protection
The company collects and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek Law. Any dispute arising from the use of the website and transactions through it falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the company’s registered office.
Acceptance of Terms of Transaction
Placing an order in the e-shop, through the order form, automatically means acceptance of the above terms of transaction.
The site’s policy complies with Consumer Law.
