You can receive the products in the following ways:

Canvas sizes 40x60 & 80x90 are excluded from this method due to volume and are shipped only via ELTA COURIER.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the company bears no responsibility for any delays, losses, damages, or destruction during transportation. The customer is responsible for correctly providing the delivery address and contact details.

Preparation & Delivery Time
The preparation of the artworks starts once the payment has been completed. For this reason, it is important that the order is submitted along with the payment to avoid delays.
Once you place your order, payment details will appear at the last stage before confirmation.
Unpaid orders are not processed.

Estimated preparation times:

  • Keychains: 1 week

  • Canvases: 2-3 weeks

  • Frames: 1-2 weeks

  • Hoodies/T-shirts: 1-3 weeks* (*Preparation time varies depending on whether the product is handmade or printed and on garment availability)

  • Boxes: 1 week

  • Tote bags: 1-2 weeks

If you wish to receive a product by a specific date, you must take into account the above preparation times when placing the order.
Once the artwork is ready, you will receive a notification and an email with the parcel tracking number.

Estimated delivery times: 2-5 days within Greece and 4-7 days for Cyprus. However, the company bears no responsibility for courier delays.

Product Receipt
Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the products at the time of receipt.
In case of non-receipt of the product (and if a long time has passed since the order), please contact customer support at byhelidart@gmail.com. For faster service, please include the order code that was sent to the email address provided during your order.

Product Returns
Returns or exchanges are not possible after the order has been completed and shipped. All products are made to order, based on the specifications provided by the customer. According to current legislation (Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection), personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Conditions for product returns:

  • Exchange or return may take place if the product is delivered with an obvious defect or damage during transport. The customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Exchange or return may take place in case of an incorrect or incomplete order.

  • Exchange or return may take place only if the product packaging is unopened.

  • Returns are accepted only with the relevant Delivery Note – Invoice.

  • If the product is defective, replacement with the same product is possible.

  • Refunds are not provided.
