Preparation Time
Project preparation begins as soon as payment is completed. For this reason, it is important that orders are submitted along with their full payment to avoid any delays.
Once you submit your order, the payment details will appear at the final stage, just before confirmation.
Please note that unpaid orders will not be processed.
Estimated Preparation Times
- Keychains: 1–2 weeks
- Canvases: 3–5 weeks
- Frames: 1–2 weeks
- Hoodies / T-shirts*: 3–4 weeks
- Boxes: 1 week
- Tote bags: 1–2 weeks
*The preparation time varies depending on the product type (handmade vs. printed) and garment availability
Important: If you wish to receive a product by a specific date, it is essential to take the above preparation times into account when submitting your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your project is ready, you will receive an update and a notification email containing your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times (from the date of shipment):
- Greece: 2–5 business days
- Cyprus: 4–7 business days
